Many times churches and religous systems confuse the issue when it comes to the gospel. A man centered message is presented while ignoring the emphasis of the scriptures. The word “gospel” means good-news but what’s presented is a picture of an angry God who will throw the majority of mankind into a eternally burning lake of fire. This picture could not be further from the message of Jesus.
You see, the good news is that God has already done everything neccesary for you and I to live an abundant life now and throughtout eternity. It’s not about what we “must do” but what what God has already done for the creation.
The podcast is so large, how about a lower bitrate version for those who left their golden ears back in the 80s? I listen to another podcast whose 58+ minute show comes in at about 13.5 Mb and sounds great. A TMS episode would be over 3 times the same size. Would probably tell the difference in an A-B test, but not really a problem when actually listening. Offer high and low bitrate versions and nobody gets hurt anyway.
